Our process is our secret weapon.
And we strive to find a perfect balance by constantly improving it.
1.
We will set up a meeting with a client, builder and end-user (if involved). After the meeting a Conditions of Satisfaction document will be issued. This document will be our bible up to the final date of project completion.

We will continue to discuss the project during the design phase because we want to be sure that the builder agrees with the building specifics, and that the client is happy with all possible decisions. Methods of construction, use of materials, dates of delivery and so on will be agreed upon before the work starts onsite. As a result, the project is more predictable, and gets done earlier with less contingency, no stress, and better quality.

At this stage we will provide the builder with what we call the "Project Handbook". This set of documents will include everything that needs to be considered and used during project implementation:
- Conditions of Satisfaction
- Planning and Building regulation drawings
- Project Management plan with milestones and dates
- Production drawings
- Materials specifications
- Explanatory notes and guidelines for installation
- Health and Safety guide
- Other documents and approvals.
4.
If anything is unclear, even after such careful planning, we are here 24/7 to help, just a phone call away. We believe that because we are responsible for the project's design, it is also our responsibility to make sure that design can be implemented. Therefore it is our job to sort out any problems that arise from our work. That's why we will be onsite as soon as you need our help, ready to solve any issue and drive the project forward.
5.
After the project is finished and the client receives a key, we will set up a final meeting to make sure that everyone is happy with the results. A final project report will be issued and lessons learned from the project will be taken into account during all subsequent projects.
